SUNDAYS

Last Sunday of the month 1928 Prayer Book with short address

10.00am – Parish Communion (Common Worship) sung (including the laying on of hands once a month)

Junior Church: Following the opening hymn and a joint prayer, children leave the church to join three different Junior Church groups held in the church hall – Sparklers, Seekers and Adventers - meeting the needs of children from 3 to 12 or 13. There is also a crèche for children up to 36 months. Junior Church pupils are called back into church by a sidesman and rejoin their parents for communion. There are approximately 70 children who regularly attend Junior Church. Children are taught by a rota of lay volunteers.

5.30pm - Approximately once a month evening worship is offered.
This might be Choral Evensong, a Healing Service or a ‘Signpost’ service when a member of the congregation speaks of the people and events in their life that have helped to shape their Christian faith.
